NEW ROOTS IN SALT LAKE CITY

Location: SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH

New Roots builds stronger, healthier communities for resettled refugees in the Salt Lake County area through community gardening and urban farming programs. As part of IRC's nationwide resettlement efforts, New Roots provides the framework for refugees to participate in community gardens, grow their own businesses through the micro-training farm program and feed their community through a farm stand showcasing their produce.

New Roots Salt Lake City is a unique partnership between the International Rescue Committee and Salt Lake County. Learn more at https://www.rescue.org/announcement/new-roots-salt-lake-city.
